Road Map: Bangalore -> Kanakapura Road(Metro) – NH209-> Harohalli – > Before Kanakpura, Take left -> Kabaldurga Dam(72Km) -> Kanakpura (Take right)-SH3-> Ramanagaram(28Km)–SH17-> Bidadi -> Bangalore(176Km)
Total Distance: 176 KM round trip, 72 Km(Bangalore to Kabaldurga Dam)
Duration/Date Time: One day ride. We started on 19-Jul-08, 07.00 AM at Metro, Kanakapura Road and came back to home at 1.00 PM.
Road Status:
Bangalore to Kanakapura – Good Single Road
Kanakapura to Mysore Road – Single Road, Not good.
Mysore Road – Should be Good road.
Ride Log:
19-Jul-08, 06.30 AM: Assembled at Metro, Kanakapura road.
19-Jul-08, 07.10 AM: Started ride, I think if we say 6.30 it means 7.00 am. India Standard time for anything.
19-Jul-08, 07.40 AM: Stopped for breakfast
19-Jul-08, 09.15 AM: Reached Kabaldurga Dam after single break. Its very small dam and we spend more time. Just meeting and talking. nothing more.
19-Jul-08, 11.15 AM: Started back to Bangalore in mysore road.
19-Jul-08, 01.15 PM: I reached home.
Small and good ride. Instead of riding, Its more meeting.

You mostly meet up friends of your interest.
By this you’ll know the RTMC style & way.
The real fun would be doing the overnight trips & then having gala time at the camp & returning home with memories of the trip.
