I started on 20\/Sep\/08 5.15 AM &amp; came back on 21\/Sep\/08 8.30 PM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petrol Bunk:<\/strong> You can find High way petrol bunks, Except Bandipore &amp; Outside Waynad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stay\/Food:<\/strong> We stayed at Hotel &#8211; Changdragiri Inn, Main Road, Kalpetta, Ph-04936 \u2013 203049, 203050. We paid Rs.400 for Deluxe room. You can get very good hotel for less price. We went through Bandipur forest. Its amazing ride. Before Sulthan Bathery we can see Muthanga Wild Life Sanctury, if you want you can go for Jeep safari at cost of Rs.250.<\/p>\n<p>In the same day we visited to 1.Pookot Lake 2.View Point 3.Banasura Sagar Dam and came back to room. It was raining some time in this area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>21-Sep-2008 07.00 AM:<\/strong> We visited to 1.Edakkal Caves 2.Musium 3.Sochi Para Waterfalls. Today it was amazing ride in tea estate roads. I am not able to see any straight roads other then S U roads ..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pookot Lake:<\/strong> Very small lake &amp; you can go for boating.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/lh6.ggpht.com\/udhaya.v\/SNeWNCfC0EI\/AAAAAAAADV8\/QFP5ZrfhzB0\/s400\/DSC05098.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>View Point:<\/strong> it will give very good view in Kozhikode side.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/lh5.ggpht.com\/udhaya.v\/SNeWbwzirOI\/AAAAAAAADWY\/U2z5NjIwVfg\/s400\/DSC05124.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Banasura Sagar Dam:<\/strong> Located about 15 km North West of Kalpetta, Banasura Dam is the largest earth Dam in India.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/lh3.ggpht.com\/udhaya.v\/SNeXO1aUgFI\/AAAAAAAADXo\/ogtCtthP3fw\/s400\/DSC05169.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Edakkal Caves:<\/strong> Its in top of the mountain (4000km from sea level). Edakkal Caves are considered to be one of the earliest spots of human dwelling. The caves have been formed out of three huge rocks.
